No Scot Left Behind Program Begins

Fall 2026 - No Scot Left Behind Begins

Thanks

For Your

generosity

DDEF’s 2026 Fundraiser laid the groundwork to begin the No Scots Left Behind program during the 2026-27 school year. It raised funds to help David Douglas High School students participate in school activities and athletics when financial barriers prevent them from doing so.

The program was kicked off with Fall 2026 sports and other activities. It had a slow start with limited applicants from football, cheer and cross country, but as coaches and advisors become familiar with the program, requests for help will increase. Fall recipients really appreciated this opportunity to participate in their sport or activity because without this program they would be sitting on the sidelines

David Douglas High School would like to keep this program going into the future since there is a larger portion of students in need.
